The Role

Your position as an Registered Client Service Associate is crucial. You are the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for operational and servicing needs, and ensuring that the client experience is second to none. As the administrative and operational backbone of our team, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Your Duties Include:

  • Efficient Data Entry: Keeping records organized and up-to-date, processing paperwork and entering meeting notes accurately.
  • Serving as the Hub: Being the first point of contact, managing calls, emails, mail, and appointments.
  • Inventory Management: Ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked and conducting monthly inventory checks.
  • Onboarding Support: Assisting the Financial Advisor in onboarding new clients, completing necessary documentation.
  • Strengthening Client Relationships: Maintaining up-to-date client information, processing requests, and addressing inquiries swiftly.
  • Rapid Response: Quickly resolving client concerns and keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • The Link Between Partners and Clients: Facilitating seamless communication between our strategic partners and clients.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one of the following licenses - SIE, Series 7, Series 6, Life & Health.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve problems independently and attentively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and simple explanation of complex concepts.
  • Grace Under Pressure: Maintaining composure in stressful situations.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Eager to work with clients and management to resolve issues.
  • Open to Change: Embracing new processes for continuous improvement.

Compensation:

$60,000 to $80,000 - Depending on licensing and experience.

Relocation assistance - Available to candidates that will need to move.
